1. Introduction |

We only collect the barest minimum of required Personal Data in order to provide a game experience. This Privacy Policy describes how we treat information that you provide to us or that we collect about you. By "Personal Data", we refer to data that relates to you as an identified or identifiable natural person. Anonymous information, which we are not in a position to relate to you, does not qualify as Personal Data, nor do ingame progress, goods or achievements. |

2. General Information |

We process personal data only when necessary for the performance of a contract with you, for compliance with a legal obligation to which we are subject, or based on our legitimate interests, except where such interests are overridden by the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms for which require the protection of your Personal Data.
Our legitimate interests are to render and improve your game experience in an effective, safe and harmless manner. |
3. Collected Data |

Within the game we will store a unique ID connecting you to your game service (Google Play Services or Apple Game Center), which is used to identify your account and store your progress, achievements, in-game goods and other in-game data. |

We may store an identifier for the current/latest device used to access the game service, along with the IP address, in order to synchronize game play across multiple devices and in order secure game integrity. This data will at maximum be retained for 3 months. |

We do not ask for your email address as part of the game service, but if you contact our customer service via email, then we store the emails for a year before they automatically are deleted. |
3.4 |
We do not collect any other personally identifiable information about you. In other words, we do not collect information such as your name, address or phone number. |

As part of the game you create a username that is used as your alias within the game. The username is chosen by you, and we do not take any responsibility for, or make use of, any connection or resemblance between the chosen username and your name outside the game. |

Your username and your progress may be shared with other players as part of our service (e.g. in connection with leaderboards, clan information). |

If you make use of a chat-service within a game, the messages will be linked to your account. The chat messages are not private, and can potentially be read by anyone. There is no link between anything you write and who you are outside the game. |

If you would like us to stop using your account and the associated data within a game, it is necessary to delete your account. See paragraph 7.1. |

We indirectly collect a variety of information through your interaction with our services. This information may include, but is not limited to, anonymized browser and device information (both software and hardware), data collected through automated electronic interactions, application usage data, demographic information, geographic, geo-location information and statistical information. |

The game may allow you to connect to social media, such as Facebook. We will never post anything on such a media without your explicit permission. We only store the minimum required data to connect to the social media, e.g. we will only store a unique ID from Facebook, without retrieving or storing any Personal Data. |
4. Third Party Data Collection |

5. Information Security |

We and our employees understand the need for user privacy, and we maintain reasonable and appropriate security procedures to protect your information from loss, misuse and unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration and destruction, taking into due account the risks involved in the processing and the nature of the Personal Data. |

We recognise that we have a special obligation to protect personal information obtained from children. We will not knowingly collect Personal Data from any child, or process such information, without parental consent. For the purpose of this Policy, a child means any individual who is under the age of 18 (or the minimum legal age to consent to the collection and processing of Personal Data where this is different under applicable law). |

We keep most of your Personal Data gathered and processed for the purposes described in this Policy for as long as you have a game account. |

When you make a purchase within the game, we do not handle the transaction or receive any of your financial information. All purchases are handled through the platform owner's secure transaction service, i.e. through the Google Play service or Apple's App Store. |
6. Fraud Violations Detection |

We use the information required for our detection, investigation and prevention of cheating in the Game and policies only for the purposes of detection, investigation and prevention. If the data can be used to prove that cheating or another fraud or violation has occurred, we will further store the data for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims during the applicable statute of limitations. |
7. Your Rights |

If you would like to have your data deleted, please contact us by email. The data deletion will remove your account, your chat history, everything that you have bought (products, services, ingame-goods, etc.) and the deleted data will not be recoverable. The deletion can take up to one month for us to process. |

You have the right to see the Personal Data that we have collected concerning you. To access this data, please contact us by email. We require a month to process the request. |
8. Amendments to this Privacy Policy |
8.1 |
We may change this Policy from time to time for various reasons, such as legal and regulatory changes, changes in industry practices and technological developments that need to be reflected. |

If we make such a change to this Privacy Policy, we will inform you of the particular changes on our web site and also in advance in the application no later than thirty (30) calendar days before such changes come into force. |
8.3 |
When a new Privacy Policy comes into force, the game will not be available for you until the new Privacy Policy is accepted. |
